We used DC Home Inspection in order to inspect a house we were buying. Although there turn around was very quickly, we did not like their inspection. They used a check list and the inspector did not seem very knowledgably. Essentially, he did not check things that a lay person, such as my self, would not be able to check. He also was not though. For example he did not check the fire detectors but instead but on the report “unchecked.” I do not recommend them for home inspections.
