Lived in Park Crescent Apts for two years and never had a problem. Approx 15 minutes from base and only 5 minutes from shopping. Right off of North Military Highway close to shopping, restaurants and Norfolk International Airport. Never heard the planes which land at the airport a few miles down the road. Only problem at the apartment is the pet policy. Allows small pets but there is a big non-refundable pet fee and you have to pay mothly pet rent.
