The Red Iguana is an institution in Salt Lake City. They open at 11:30 for lunch. Better be there before that, though. The line starts to form early.
The food is amazing. Most of the menu reflects the food that is local to the Yucatan Peninsula. Words don't do it justice. If you go, try one of the moles. They always knock my socks off.
