Singapore Airlines offers great service, and has been a favorite of mines for a number of years. They have been very friendly, and professional with there service. Although, a bit pricey, for any long hour flights, there premium is well worth it. Singapore is great for flights to Hong Kong, and have a number of hubs throughout the world.
