It's called a Baby Apple Pancake...WoW...Imagine take a very light pancake batter, topping it with apples and cinnamon and baking it in the oven until it gets hot and puffy! Then it's served with butter and maple syrup! They also have the same version quite a bit larger called the BIG Apple Pancake.
This is the perfect meal when you cannot decide if you want a dinner, dessert or breakfast!
