If you like beer and you haven't tried high desert yet you need to go. They brew their own beer and have some very interesting flavors. That feel like more of a little truck stop or biker hangout than a diner but the food is also very good. If you go you have to try their peach beer, if you like it you can even special order a keg of the stuff for your next party. They have many other flavors of beer to try and even sell some at local liquor stores.
