Good: I loved the service I received on both ends of dealing with this company. Their dispatcher was very much helpful and knew how to calm me down on the phone and let me know that help was on the way and that they would take care of all my concerns. Second the driver who showed up in about 25 minutes was kind and very quicjk to get my car on his bed and tow me and my car to a safe location.. Bad: I did not find ant problems with the service I received from Planet Towing. Improvements: No Improvemnents need to be made to their service. Please Keep up the great work your company is doing.. Other: I would reccommend their service to any and all and I made sure I locked their number in my cell in case I ever get in a accident again..
