This practice has one very big downside--you can wait a very long time after your scheduled appointment before you actually see him. The reason is that Dr VanGilder takes a lot of time with each patient. That aside, Dr. VanGilder is fantastic. He is always patient, never rushed, asking and aswering everything. He has, on several occasions, diagnosed problems instantly, he found flu vaccine when none seemed available, he called us at home to check--found time for immediate appointments, etc.
