A weekend night at the movies, the Muny or the Cardinals isn't complete without a trip out Chippewa to Ted Drewes Frozen Custard. This St. Louis landmark is known as much for its crowds as its product. From kids in torn jeans and tank tops to couples in fine evening wear, they line up from the windows to the street for the sweet confection, either in cones or a stick-to-the-cup concrete. Great stuff, as just about everyone knows.
