Lexus of Appleton is not as great as anyone would hope for.. the service is terrible the sales staff doesn't have people skills . the dealership is beautiful it really needs a whole new staff . from GM to the sales to the service dept. I had a few bad experiences and will never go back I will take my business else where .
if you want your auto damaged then go there .. not me I"m done enough is enough with bad customer service try Lexus of Madison
