The best thing about Temescal is location- it's a two minute walk from the Safeway Marketplace (and Peets and Noahs!) and on the G line for buses. I lived here for 4 years, if you can believe it. The townhouse apartments are huge and relatively cheap, for Davis. Pam, the landlady is really friendly and nice. There's also a pool and hot tub. There's a clubhouse too, but it's usually locked and not really that great.
