Mad Pizza offers a very middle of the road (not too floppy-thin, not super-crisp, not too doughy) quality pie. They offer it by the slice, and they usually have at least 4 pies to choose from, or by the pie.
Get a punch card and earn free pizza.
They have a spinach apple salad that tastes like more than the typical pizza-topping-as-salad, but the lemon dressing is pretty mouth-puckering, so I recommend it on the side.
