My wife and I and our four kids train at SMA. The instructors are very good, very thorogh and encouraging. Adults train seperate from the kids which makes the adult class real challenging. The only problem is because there's one class for my wife and me and the kids to another it can takes a lot of time and its sometimes hard to meet the attendance requirements. This is minor though. We live close so we put up with the schedule because we love the instructors and classes.
