I haven't been here in years, but the last time I was there you used to be able to walk around the sculture gardens for free. It's a really small area, so you can walk through it fairly quickly, but it's nice to take your time; it is so serene in there--since Palm Beach doesn't get a lot of traffic there's very little road noise.
