Mushroom records is well located for Tulane and Loyola University students, right on Tulane Campus. It has a good collection of new and used cds, with an especially good local music collection. It also sells t shirts, glassware, and other accessories. It has a very large collection of used records, although they are so badly organized that trying to sift through them can prove quite a task. Additionally, boxes and crates of lps are scattered all over the floor, making many of the lp racks impossible to reach. Basically the Mushroom is good for cds, just ok for lps.
