I have bought two new cars from Volkswagen dealers and my experience with Westside was relatively good. The physical space of the new shop is very nice and has modern amenities such as internet access, a large screen t.v. if waiting and a beverage bar for free. The service department is skilled and finishes repairs with lightening speed. They will also shuttle you to and from downtown Minneapolis for the workday while doing repairs. Unfortunately, I also know that the body shop does qulality work due to an accident. I have referred friend who I want to keep to this dealership...enough said!
