The ambiance is very nice, but the staff is not especially attentive. No one showed me around my 1st visit there. I did not know that I had use of the steam room, etc. The massage was adequate, but at the end of the 45 minutes, the masseuse abruptly stopped, and said, "ok. Get dressed." She then turned around, and quickly left the room. I felt stressed & rushed again. It definitely didn't live up to the relaxing experience I was hoping for.
