Sam Moon is well known around here for two things: incredibly inexpensive jewelry and accessories, and not enough parking. The best time to go is during the week and not around the holidays. There is very limited parking and you are not allowed to park across the street at the neighboring shopping center. It is, however, worth the trouble because the deals at Sam Moon are so good. Jewelry, handbags, belts, wallets, hair accessories, even boas . . . they are all there in many varieties and extremely inexpensive. Customer service is good, even when the store is busy (they always open a lot of cash registers). The shelves can get messy and crowded, but generally, people know that when they shop at Sam Moon, it will be busy.
