We chose Dr.Carpenter on paper, never hearing about him. My husband got sick and needed to see a physican. We made an appointment for Dr. Carpenter at 1 pm. We arrived early to fill out paperwork. The entire waiting room was filled. We sat there for an hour and a half before actually being called back to an exam room. Then we waited for an hour to see the doctor after being put in an exam room. The office staff was nice but the nurses were rude. My husband was in pain with a staph infection and was in the office for 3 hours. We vowed we would never go back to Dr. Carpenter.
