I recently made an on line purchase here using the new Google checkout. I ordered 6 items and promptly got a receipt from Google confirming that. I did not receive anything from Aeropostale until I got a cancellation on one of my items. After that they sent me a confirmation of what was going to ship. It only had 4 items on it. So 6 - 1 = 4 now? I don't think so . I quickly called them to see what had happened to my other item? I was informed that there was a refund going through for the item I got the cancellation for and they would go ahead and send through another for this product also. Great! I wait and finally see the one refund go through but not the other. Hmmm.....I call them once again. What item? The item that I ordered and did not receive. Well they don't see it on their screen but will go ahead and put a refund request through. Ok, let's see if this works. I wait a while longer and still no refund. I call them again. They don't see it on the screen, won't let me forward my confirmation from Google and won't refund me either. I got told that I need to contact Google and ask them where my shirt is? They don't know and can't help me. Well I say, I thought that the stuff gets shipped from there and I did get a refund through that very office a week or two before. Nope. It's Google's responsibility. Well, can I use that money towards another shirt. No, contact Google. I am not at all happy with their costumer service. I did contact Google and got an email saying they are getting in touch with Aeropostale to try and work this out. I don't know if I will want to shop there again. www.aeropostale.com more
