Vicki Owens is a nurse practitioner that really cares and gets to know her patients. She has a very good bedside manner and makes you feel really comfortable. You feel like you have known her all your life and can really open up to her which is really good in a nurse/patient relationship. She will even remember you out in the public and call you by your first name which is very rare.
