We had trouble getting a U-Hal here. First they didn't have one and we where supposed to go back in an hour, This is after we had already reserved one well in advance. It ended up talking three trips and lots of phone calls to get everything straightened out. So most of the day was wasted trying to get the van.
They have an after hour return set up, so it was easy returning it. We won't use them again for moving items.
