They were very nice in the begining but it went down hill once they started.
We had a very bad experience with Tilson Homes. Installed wrong windows, Ceramic tile was 12" instead of the 18" we ordered. IMO very poor workmanship in general. Very poor communication with builder. Sales person was nice but not much he could do. They tried to basically pay me off to just take the home. Stay away!!
