I went to them a few years back and they did try to help me with my credit. They were able to get my credit report for me and explain a few things to me that I had no idea about what I could do. It cost me at that time $39 dollars to get my report and to be counseled by them and they just explained what I can do to clear my credit to give me advise if either I should go bankruptcy or just pay them off slowly. They gave me good advise.
