My family and I stopped at Friendly's on a Sunday afternoon. We were all really hungry. The employee looked at the five of us and said " It's at least an hour wait" before she even asked us how many there were in our party . I was a little upset at her attitude. Then, as we are sitting there waiting, another couple comes in and they are told, by another employee, that the cooks are at least a half hour behind and that the waitresses are holding back orders so they can get caught up. Well, they really want our business. We left more because of their attitudes than the wait. more
