Every since chain stores have started taking over small town economies and crushing neighborhood stores it's nice to find that some can still hold their ground. Even though Central doesn't offer the vast selection of the larger chains it does carry all of the staples and some extras. There is a nice deli with a selection of lunch meats and cheeses and they just expanded the size of their deli to include more cooked items, such as: fried chicken, fish fillets and even a few barbecued foods. Keep small business alive by frequenting stores like Central Market.
