Staffing issues are a problem as they never seem to have enough staff for all the rides and everyone who works there seems to want to be anywhere but there. But kids can still have fun on the rides and play areas that are available. The arcade is ok but if something needs fixing good luck finding a staff member for help.
I agree with the other poster that stamping your hand is a waste of time since you have to find someone to check you in and check you out.
But if you want a fun day out of the Arizona heat this might be a place to consider.
