The owner personally came over to my house at exactly the appointed time, which Terminex could never manage to do. He spoke to me at length about the natural non-toxic solutions he had for pest control and he was very knowledgeable. He spent time going through my house top to bottom to ensure he left no area untouched. His prices are reasonable as I need to be very budget minded. I have two kittens and I'm very allergic to fleas and scared of cockroaches. Since Monty's visit, I've had neither problem. I'm thrilled with his service and plus, he's a super nice person.
