shanghai's food is a little better than your standard mall chinese fare. there are both dine-in and take-out options, and you can also sit outside or sit overlooking thayer street, for some great people watching time. the service is pretty good - very attentive. the general tso's chicken was great but the lo mein was sub-par. overall, best chinese food i've had in prov.
