This shop is located in the downtown shopping area with convenient parking across the street. The staff member I dealt with was friendly enough and it didn't take very long to be measured and explain what I needed altered. It took almost two weeks for my 3 items to be altered and when I picked them up, I was disappointed in the quality of the work. I had had the waists taken in on 3 pair of pants and the work was very puckery looking and they didn't lay very nicely when I wore them. In the end, I got rid of all the pants because I didn't like the way they fit once they were altered. The next time I take something in to be altered, I will look for another place to go.
