The Chocolate Spoon is located in downtown White Bear Lake and is a cute little place to meet a friend for coffee. They have a small bakery area as well, so you can have a bite to eat with your coffee. On the weekends they have live music in the cafe, which is a great way to spend a relaxing evening. There are some cozy chairs to sit in and a fireplace for those chilly days. In the summer months they have little cafe tables set up outside so you can enjoy the nice weather and do a little people watching as well.
I didn't rate it as great due to the service I've received on a couple of occasions. The cafe was not busy, but the service was rather slow and the cashier was not overly friendly.
