I purchased my car from Carter Subaru and am bound to get my service done through them. My purchasing experience was excellent, but the service department has been disappointing. I went in for an oil change and they noted that I was leaking tranny fluid. This repair was covered under my warranty, so I went ahead and let them replace the head-gasket. After I got my car back, on the way home I noticed that at high RPM's a squealing noise was emitted from my engine. So later, when I took it in for a 60k maintenance, I mentioned it. They said they would take a look and later I got a call telling me that it needed a bearing replacement. I went ahead and paid the extra 75 buck and now I still get the squealing noise, which they said they fixed. What can you do? Write a bad review guess. more
