My friend and I went to pick up his car and had to wait an hour and a half for the tow truck driver to arrive to release his car. When he did arrive, the young driver seemed annoyed that he had to be there. My friend had to pay over $200 to get his car back.
When he finally did release it, there was a minor issue with his car that made it undriveable (which wasn't the fault of Green Machine towing) so I politely asked for help. The young, tall, thin driver with his hat turned backwards lit up a cigarette, crossed his arms, leaned back against the adjacent vehicle and replied, "I have to go. I don't care about your friend or his car. This is just a job for me."
I really didn't expect him to help us out, but I certainly didn't expect him to respond the way he did.
