Good Dr located in Plano by Medical Center hospital. Good staff, cheerful office. I felt right at ease. I am always uncomfortible during a physical exam but this Dr. was not intimidating at all. He is affiliated with Plano Medical Center, and happily came to work on a Sunday to deliver my last baby. Thnkas, Dr. Chester! Located near Coit and 15th on the north eastern corner.
