I rented a clarinet from them and was very satisfied both with the service and the quality I received. I've also used this store to order tickets and special order sheet music. The music always comes in when it's promised and they have a very nice selection to choose from. All of the employees have always been super friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help me out.
