Lakeview used to be my 'hospital of choice' in the local area, but things have kind of gone downhill in some aspects. The management will not hire a full time nursing staff, preferring only to bring in part time employees. The staff doesn't seem as 'invested' in their work as they used to. My grandfather was cared for recently in the hospital and I felt like he was neglected quite a bit while there. I wish that the management would hire a full-time nursing staff, it would be a step in the right direction
