I am writing this letter to thank you and the staff at A+ Rehabilitation Las Vegas for the outstanding care I received during the past year. As you know, I was scheduled to have lower back surgery on March 1, 2009 because of damage caused by osteoarthritis, and to remove a synovial cyst. After approximately six months of physical therapy at A+ Rehabilitation Las Vegas, I no longer suffered from excruciating pain, and the surgery was cancelled. Since then, after a follow-up MRI was done, it was discovered that the cyst no longer existed.
