Rainbow has decent to good food at fair prices. They do a lot of delivery business (which is how I normally eat their) as their building itself is somewhat dilapidated appearing. Delivery can take up to an hour, but is usually significantly faster. They also have a lunch buffet some days of the week.
I would particularly recommend the dumpings, as they are quite tasty.
