The Eno River association parks are a great place to go walking, to take the family (and pets) and to enjoy the summer weather. There are some walking trails, there are music festivals, there are arts festivals, there is the beautiful eno river itself, a scenic oldtime waterwheel that drives a real mill, and over all some of the nicest scenery in Durham. Really a great place to take kids, though be prepared to spend all day!
