The service technician, Todd Brown, arrived at our house at about noon after a lightning strike had damaged our air conditioning system. He got here on time and he had to leave and return several times until the parts he needed arrived, which caused him to work late in the evening. He was working in extremely hot conditions, but he was still polite and friendly. He knew what he was doing, and made sure that everything was working before he left that evening.
