Maryland Co-op is a friendly place to buy healthy food from for very cheap. The co-op sells all organic food that are not too rich in fat, calorie, sugar, or salt. They have a sandwich bar where you can order your own customized sandwich. They also have a 'hot-plate' everyday, which is a freshly cooked dish. Most of the time, the hot-plate is a rice dish with an ethnic curry on the side. They also sell ready-made sandwich, fresh fruits, fruit juice, organic snacks, organic coffee, organic spices, and etc for very cheap. Their customer service is excellent. It is a very nice place to eat healthy and save money!
PS: they also sell excellent weird food that you can't find anywhere else, like gorilla munch cereal
