dr. shepard is a solid doctor - he knows his stuff and is always very courteous and polite. the wait time at his place is never that long, and there are always lots of magazines to read. he's awesome with handing out samples, so you don't have to buy a lot of medicines usually. if you ask him about some crazy issue, then he'll politely tell you that you have nothing to worry about - it's like talking to a professor except he's truly concerned about your well-being. the rest of the staff are very professional also. i think he only comes in three or four times a week, though.
always make an appointment, however, and make sure that your insurance covers you getting treated by him.
