Central Market is easy to miss as you're passing by the Sears Plaza on Aurora Ave N, but if you take the time to stop, you'll be rewarded nicely. The strong points of this market are their produce, seafood, and bulk sections. Live oysters are available year-round, for prices comparable to Uwajimaya. The produce section is excellent. They always try to bring in different and new varieties of fruits. There is a large Asian section, in case you don't want to trek to the ID or up to Ranch 99 in Lynnwood. There is also a take and bake pizza place here. A great asset to the 'hood!
