This is such a great thing to do with the kids! We drive over Lake Superior everyday, but it was a real treat for everybody to get to take a tour of the lake on the Vista Fleet. We got an up close look at some really big ore boats and many other ships. The kids favorite part was the creepy "seagull Island" where there's a small plot of land in the middle of the Lake that's been taken over by seegulls and there are HUNDREDS of them on there! Ick. It's also fun to walk around the boat and also to stand in the back deck outside, you can get splashed! The kids liked the concessions... they bought lots of candy! Like other reviews, I wasn't really impressed with the dinner cruises, I think it has a lot to do with sea sickness though! You'll enjoy this one for sure!
