The Idaho Pizza company is a locally owned operation that branched off from a regional franchise (you can still see the remnants of medieval decor, like hewn beams and a stone fireplace). The Iowa location in Nampa is our favorite. They run a clean restaurant, the service is fairly quick, and the pizza is always good. The salad bar is above par for a pizza place. It's not terribly exotic, but the salad is always crips and watery.
