The Everett Public Library is fabulous!
They've got an excellent collection, and the staff are wonderful.
As the previous reviewer said, they've got a wide array of events and programs. The on-line catalogue, holds, and renewals are very convenient.
The cafe attached to the library is nice touch. It has a very cozy feel to it, and regularly offers live music.
I've recently started trying to organize a book-club, and was thrilled to discover that the library has all kinds of resources to help.
