What's not to love? I called them yesterday at 1. Lucky for me, he was just finishing a job in our neighborhood. He stopped by about 20 minutes later, figured out what was wrong and got the door to shut securely for the night. He was backing today with parts for the opener, finished the job by noon, and charged a really reasonable price.
AND, he was very polite in not criticizing the DIY job my husband had done which caused most of the problem!
