Even being part of a huge chain, this Meineke has the feel of a local mechanic. Everyone in the office is very nice and very low-pressure. You'll never get a call saying they found something else wrong and it's going to cost you $300 to fix it (unless you actually do have something horribly wrong). They do their job, care about your business, and are straightforward with even the least knowledgeable customers. They also have a mechanic on staff who is a 6-year veteran of Saturn, which happens to be my make of car.
