I don't like having my teeth tightened but Dr.Kavannah always makes me want to smile in his silk shirts and friendly smile .The front desk is always friendly and professional and I never have to wait to long after checking in.I would have to say there have been wires that haven't been clipped as much as they could been and some accidental popped off brackets and pinched lips -but it was purely accidental . Also Doctor Kavannagh said it would be about 2 yrs and it was 2 1/2.My total experience has always been professional and friendly ,I am glad to have Dr.Kavannagh as my orthodontist
