When my husband and I were looking to build our new home we checked out several local firms. Mid-State was one of the first and could have soured the whole experience for us. When I called to make an appointment the saleswoman was very rude, and made it seem like an inconvenience to talk to me. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went. We walked into the office and were greeted with "The models are open- go look and let me know if you have any questions." Seriously. When we went back the experience went from bad to worse. The salesperson was rude and extremely unprofessional. Although I liked onwe of their models best, there's absolutely no way I would do business with them, If they have a horrible attitude about a potential sale, imagine how they would act if there were a problem.
